Morning Prayer:

God our loving Creator, this weekend we celebrate Memorial Day when we prayerfully remember all those who have given their lives in military service for our country.  We thank you for their willingness to sacrifice for others.  Show us what sacrifices we might make to make our nation a better place for all its citizens.  We pray in the name of Jesus, the Lord.  Amen.

ANNOUNCEMENT

 Basketball raffle tickets are due today.  Please bring them into the business office.

Anyone interested in cross country next year, please sign up in the office.

Tomorrow school will be dismissed again at 12:30.  If you have a study hall 5^th  period every day, you do not have to come to school until period  6.  If you have a study hall period 8 every day, you may leave after 7th period.   If you have study halls at either of those times, but have it only on an “A” or “B” day, you must be here for your other class.  The Burlington School Buses will not run at 12:30.

Tomorrow will be a free jeans day.

There are many towels that Robin found in the girls’ locker room.  Please stop by the office to collect your towels if you left them in the locker room.  Please get them by Friday.

Attention 6^th & 7^th Grade:  You permission form and $5 for your parties at the “Y” on Friday are due tomorrow.  Please turn them into the office.

SILVER CORD OPPORTUNITIES;

S.C.C. summer Enrichment Program is looking for volunteers – there are forms in the office.
